Gardaí have arrested a man in connection with a fatal crash in Co. Wexford last month.

A 19-year-old man was killed when the car he was a passenger in crashed into a wall before entering the water at Courtown Harbour on June 15.

Two other men in the car managed to swim to the shore.

This morning, a man in his late teens was arrested in the Wexford area shortly after 9am.

He is now being questioned at Gorey Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Gardaí are also renewing an appeal for information.
