NEW ROSS Public Library will play host to a Sugar Craft workshop on Tuesday, August 14.

The event, which will get underway at 7 p.m., will be co-ordinated by Celina Fitzharris, from Celina’s Cakes for All Occasions.

Those in attendance will learn how to create edible figures and decorations from icing sugar. Celina will demonstrate how to personalise sweet treats and cakes. She will also give a teaching demonstration for adults on the overall art of sugar craft. Places will be limited so early booking is advisable.
