The draws for the semi-finals of the various adult county football championships are not due to take place until tomorrow (Tuesday).
Defending senior champions Horeswood are out, leaving it to their weekend conquerors St. Martin’s to fight it out with Sarsfields, St. Anne’s and Castletown for the Wexford Creamery Cup.
The intermediate semi-finals will comprise St. James’, Starlights, Glynn-Barntown and Ballyhogue, while contending for the intermediate ‘A’ title crown will be Naomh Éanna, St. Fintan’s, Marshalstown and the reigning county Junior champions, Geraldine O’Hanrahans.
The last-four in Junior are Oylegate-Glenbrien, Monageer-Boolavogue, Tara Rocks and Rathgarogue-Cushinstown.
There is one qualifier outstanding in junior ‘A’, as the second-strings of Adamstown and St. Anne’s must replay their quarter-final after being deadlocked on 1-11 apiece at the weekend. Already into the semi-finals in this section are Crossabeg-Ballymurn, Clongeen and Starlights.
The full semi-final draws will be carried on the Wexford Echo website from Tuesday night.
