THE SEIZURE of over €400,000 worth of cannabis plants in a grow-house in Clonroche recently, is the third big find this year.
Following extensive Garda activity in Clonroche and the surrounding areas, Gardai raided the house on Tuesday, arresting one man in the process.
The move came as part of the Garda operation Wireless II, which was targeting criminal activity and organised crime in various locations across the country. The man arrested was one of 113 people nationwide and is to come before the courts in due course.
This is the third big drugs find in the Enniscorthy area this year, following raids on premises in Crefogue in April and Glenbrien in September.
