BK1631-C

THERE WAS a buzz of excitement in the South West Wexford Community Development Project in Ramsgrange last week as the local Community Café celebrated its first anniversary.

The café is one of the busiest facilities of its type in the area and caters for people working in the CDP building and also visitors passing through.

Since it opened a year ago it has welcomed a steady flow of foot traffic through its doors.

The café is operated by the SWWCDP and is located in the organisation’s premises in the middle of Ramsgrange village.

It provides a welcome rest area for people involved in providing the different activities and programmes at the centre including childcare, rural transport and education and training initiatives.

The Community Cafe is open to the general public Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. t0 4.30 p.m.
