Workers and machinery have moved on to a new development of six sheltered houses in the heart of Kilanerin village.

Public representatives and Wexford County Council officials gathered at the site on Friday morning to welcome the development and see the project under way.

Cllr John Hegarty welcomed the beginning of the work saying “it is a really positive development for the area and a great credit to all those involved in getting the project to this stage”
