Clonroche village

The bodies of two people – a male and a female – aged between 20 and 30 were discovered in the upstairs bedroom of a house at Woodside Estate in Clonroche village around 4.30 p.m. today.

It is understood that both were from Enniscorthy.

Their deaths may have come about due to a drugs overdose.

Investigating Gardaí have left the scene and the bodies have been removed to University Hospital Waterford where a post mortem will take place.
