THE NUMBER of arrests for offences relating to the sale or supply of drugs has soared by 95% in County Wexford since last year.
The shocking statistic was revealed during last week’s meeting of the Joint Policing Committee at County Council headquarters.

Chief Superintendent John Roche indicated that there was a concentration of drugs activity in North Wexford.
