The DART is not running between Pearse and Howth to Malahide stations in Dublin this weekend due to engineering works.

The DART will only serve stations from Pearse Street to Bray and Greystones until Monday October 26.

Dublin Bus will accept all valid rail tickets on scheduled services between closed DART stations and Dublin city centre.

Communications Manager with Irish Rail Barry Kenny has said the company have tried their best to minimise disruption for passengers.

“We are doing major works across the DART line this weekend, while the vast majority of our works take place at night, sometimes the scale of the works require a longer period of time,” said Kenny.

“These particular works will take (place) over the weekend. We always avoid disturbing weekday services and the summer bank holiday, so the October bank holiday is when these works taking place.”

Portmarnock

Clongriffin

Howth

Sutton

Bayside

Howth Junction & Donaghmede

Kilbarrack
