Two men have been arrested after €3m worth of heroin and cocaine, and guns - including an AK 47 - were seized in Dublin.
Gardaí stopped and searched a vehicle on the Greenhills Road in Tallaght yesterday evening as part of an ongoing investigation into gangland crime.
Gardaí from the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau found heroin and cocaine with an estimated street value of up to €3m (pending analysis) were seized.

Four guns were also found - including an AK 47 assault rifle and ammunition, two .22 rifles and ammunition, and a loaded pump-action shotgun along with silencers and telescope sights.
Two men, aged 34 and 41 respectively, were arrested. They are being held at Tallaght Garda Station.
The operation was carried out as part of an ongoing intelligence-led investigation.
“Investigations are ongoing,” said a Garda spokesman.
