Bank of Ireland is apologising to its customers after a number of complaints that wages have not been paid into their accounts.
The bank says it was aware payments to some accounts had been delayed and said it was working to resolve the issue.
The bank said it did not know how many customers had been affected. It also does not know how long it will take to resolve the problems.
It said it would update customers on social media as soon as possible.
