DIVERSIONS ARE in place on the N11 between Kyle Cross and Oylegate Village following a two-car collision which claimed the life of a man in his 20s.
At approximately 4.35 a.m. a male aged in his 20s was fatally injured when his car collided with a van on the N11 at Garrycleary, Crossabeg, Co Wexford. He was pronounced dead the scene. His body has been removed to Wexford General Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
The van driver, a man in his 40s, was also taken to Wexford General Hospital with minor injuries.
The N11 is currently closed to traffic in both directions and diversions are in place. Garda Forensic Collision Investigators are due to attend the scene.
