Gardaí in Tramore are appealing for information following a robbery in Co Waterford.

A woman was attacked by a man, after getting out her car to investigate a noise.

It happened at Drumcannon just before 8am on Friday, January 22.

The woman was traumatised and suffered non-serious injuries.

Property was taken from the vehicle during the ordeal.
