Rotherham boss Neil Warnock has signed former Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Paddy Kenny for the fifth time in his career.
Kenny, 37, has penned a deal with the Sky Bet Championship strugglers until the end of the season, subject to Football League and Football Association ratification.
Boss Warnock told Rotherham's official website: "Young Alex Cairns is a good keeper but I think that at this level you need a bit of experience at what is a critical time of the season.
"Paddy will give us that in abundance. (Goalkeeping coach) Andy Dibble has been really pleased with him - he has looked sharp and brings great experience at this level."

Goalkeeper Kenny was just 20 and playing for non-league Bradford Park Avenue when Warnock first signed him for Bury. He has since played under him at Sheffield United, QPR and Leeds.
Football fans were amused but not surprised by the move.

[/raw]There must be some sort of law stating that Paddy Kenny must be within 100 feet of Warnock at all times. https://t.co/lflV6cUjSS
