Renua is calling for a special court to be set up to deal with white collar crime.
The Special Corporate Criminal Court is among the party's plans to move more quickly against corporate crime.
It also wants whistleblowers to be rewarded if their information results in proceeds of crime being seized by the state.
Party leader Lucinda Creighton has said her new court would be similar to the Commercial Court with expert judges: “It would operate on the same basis but would specifically target white collar crime.
“We need a process where there are expertise among the judiciary, obviously there is an awful lot of corporate fraud, it is very intricate, it is very detailed and we are advocating for specialist knowledge and expertise amongst the judiciary and we think this is one way of achieving that.”
