There was no clear winners or losers from the final TV debate of the election campaign last night which saw party leaders clash on issues like cronyism, health and the economy.

The RTÉ Prime Time debate was one of the last chances for the main party leaders to grab the attention of the public.

At the end of the debate all four leaders were given the chance to set out why you should vote for their parties.

Gerry Adams said: “Tell the three Amigos, adious.”

Enda Kenny said: “Deliver a decisive vote for certainty, for stability.”

Joan Burton said: “I want people to think twice before casting their vote.”

Micheál Martin said: “We need a Government that listens to the concerns of our people.”

The Political parties are holding their final press conferences today as the countdown continues to polling day on Friday.

Today will see the last of the party policy launches - as a broadcast ban on election coverage comes in to effect at 2pm tomorrow afternoon.
