Gardaí and customs officers in Galway have seized drugs with an estimated street value of €35,000.

The ecstasy tablets, cannabis and cocaine were found at a premises in Galway city just after 4pm this evening.

A 32-year-old man was arrested at scene and is being detailed at Galway Garda Station.

He is being held under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
