A man will be jailed for life this morning after he was last week found guilty of murdering Joseph Dunne in Co. Kildare in 2014.

Zoltan Almasi chased the 20-year-old down the street after seeing him hit his parked van outside his home at Harbour View in Naas.

Joseph, or JoJo as he was known to friends, died after Mr. Almasi beat him across the head with a baseball bat when he caught up with him.

The Dunne family will be given an opportunity to have their Victim Impact Statements read out in court today.
