Dozens of families are protesting in Dublin over eviction notices they have been served in Tyrellstown.

Around 40 tenants in the Cruise Park estate have been told their leases are being terminated, after loans attached to the properties were sold.

TDs supporting the renters are calling for the families to be helped and the housing crisis is being debated in the Dáil this afternoon.

These residents have said they have nowhere else to go, as there are no affordable properties in Dublin 15.
