Ibrahim Halawa's family say he has gone missing after being moved from his prison in Egypt.
The Dublin man has been imprisoned in Cairo since taking part in an anti-Morsi protest in August 2013.
Ibrahim's sister Somaia said her brother was moved between prisons last week without the knowledge of his family or the Irish Government.
However, it has now been claimed he has been moved again, with the family saying they had not this time been told where to find him.
They say they have been in touch with the Government here in an attempt to find out more information about his whereabouts.
Twenty-year-old Ibrahim is due to appear in court in June after the mass trial in which he was to appear was postponed for a thirteenth time in March.
