STATS COMPILED from the Central Statistics Office survey for 2015 show that burglaries were up in many locations across the county and highlighted a number of black spots for that period.

Figures for Wexford showed an increase from 1001 in 2014 to 1042 by the end of 2015.

However, the five main towns in Co. Wexford recorded relatively minimal changes in their figures in comparison to 2014. The figures, released by Phonewatch, analysed the figures for each garda station in the Wexford district.
