The football banter was flying on Twitter last night.
West Ham set the tone early when they sent this crafty dig to Manchester United – who delayed kick-off against Spurs on Sunday when their bus was late.
Hey @ManUtd - just a quick reminder that kick-off is at 7pm. Wouldn't want you to be late for the game... 😜

Unfortunately for the Hammers, Manchester United went on to win their FA Cup replay 2-1, booking a place in Wembley Stadium for the finals.

United’s Twitter account then sent a cheery message to the stadium, saying: “See you soon.”
We don’t know who was in charge of Wembley’s social media last night, but they should take a bow for this outstanding response.
@ManUtd looking forward to having you here, we've even cushioned the technical area for Louis😀 pic.twitter.com/HZOI3z2ZWe
