The Dublin TD has said the threat of homelessness is something he hears about frequently from his constituents: “People who are at risk of losing their homes maybe through a property that is up for sale, an investor who is in difficulty, the banks are moving, tenants are being given notice to quit, somebody is in arrears with their mortgage, they are in difficulties.
“People who are looking to access local authority houses.
“It is an issue that every public representative in my view in the Dublin area is facing on a daily basis.”
