10,000 Xanax tablets have been seized by Revenue.

They are worth around €20,000 and were found in Limerick.

A number of searches were carried out involving Revenue’s Customs Service the Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau and the Limerick Drugs Unit.

No arrests have been made at this time and investigations are continuing.
