THERE WERE no qualms with the drawing up of Amenity Grants at the recent Borough Council meeting aside from one councillor’s request that more money be made available for allocation.
The Amenity, Arts and Resident Association Grants were circulated to the members at the recent monthly meeting and there was no objection or discussion.
Cllr. Davy Hynes pointed out that before, the council had more money to play with and suggested a request for an increase to satisfy the number of applications being made.
