The number of people on hospital trolleys has dropped slightly today.
Daily figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show there are 326 people waiting for a hospital bed, the majority of those are on trolleys.
The worst overcrowding today is at Beaumont Hospital with 32.
The Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore has 29 and University Hospital Galway has 28 patients waiting for beds.
The trolleys crisis is featuring at the INMO annual conference, which is taking place in Killarney this week.
