A lucky Wexford syndicate has picked up their Lotto winnings of almost €8m.

The four person syndicate – who wish to remain private – collected their jackpot at Lotto Headquarters in Dublin today.

The winning ticket was bought in Londis in Wexford town on Saturday April 23.

The four have said they hope to go on holidays together before making any future plans about what they will do with the money.

However, they all say they will be returning to work and they will continue to play both the Lotto and the Euromillions.
