A tech recruitment company has announced 100 new jobs throughout the country over the next two years.

40 of the roles at Harvey Nash will be in the areas of recruitment and support services. A further 60 jobs will be created in its consultancy division.

Managing director of Harvey Nash Ireland Sonya Curley said the technology sector here is thriving.

“It’s been growing considerably for the past couple of years,” she said. “There’s a real excitement about start-ups and how well they are performing as well as more internatonal companies relocating here from abroad.”

Harvey Nash Ireland expanded operations from Dublin into Cork in 2013.
