Taking to the stage in front of 80 thousand people, just after 7pm, Springsteen shouted, “Hello Dublin! My god there’s a lot of you!”.
And, with traffic in the city set to be very heavy tonight – motorists are being warned to expect delays as a result of the sold out concert.

As well as the Springsteen gig in Croke Park, Ireland are playing the Netherlands in a friendly in the Aviva and there’s an event at the Bord Gais Energy theatre.
