A Jamie Vardy lookalike who gave up his job to work as the football star’s double has been warned about damaging Vardy’s reputation.
Lee Chapman, who is a diehard Foxes fan, found fame in recent months because of his similarity to the England striker.
He was even invited to join the celebrations when the side clinched the Premier League title – and met his idol on the team bus.

But Vardy appears to have cooled toward his doppelganger, with his agent warning Chapman about damaging the player’s image.
According to the Sun, Vardy’s agent sent a text to Chapman’s management, warning: “If you do anything that affects Jamie’s image directly and his endorsement deals we will take legal action . . . You can understand that I’m sure.”
Lee’s agent James Austin said: “Lee is genuinely upset.
“He’s a true Leicester fan and Jamie is his idol. He would never do anything to bring his hero, Vardy, into disrepute.”
Chapman is a postman by trade, but took a leave of absence to try his hand at being a professional lookalike.
@EamonnHolmes I have a suspicion that Lee Chapman (Jamie Vardy lookalike) will be in Celebrity Big Brother!

In addition to the warning, he has also been blocked by Vardy and his wife on social media, and his agent said he was now rethinking the career change.
“He doesn’t know what he has done to upset them. It’s so bad he was thinking of simply giving up.”
