Dunnes Stores and Mandate Trade Union will attend the Labour Court today in a bid to resolve the ongoing dispute over pay and hours.
More than 6,000 staff took industrial action last April in pursuit of secure hours and incomes after which the company began cutting hours, changing rosters and dismissing staff.
After the strike and national protest march, new laws were passed that allows the Labour Court to issue binding determinations.
Dunnes Stores employs 10,000 workers in 114 stores across the country.
