A 25-year-old man remains in Garda custody this morning following a drug seizure in Dublin last night.

Gardaí seized €7,000 worth of heroin and a small quantity of cannabis at a flat in James Larkin House in the city’s northside.

The discovery was made as part of an ongoing operation into the sale and supply of drugs in the capital.

The man is being held at Store Street Garda Station under section 2 of the Criminal Justice.
