
There is a rainfall warning in place for most of the country this evening.
Met Eireann is forecasting 20 to 30 millimetres of rainfall accumulations, leading to localised flooding.
The Status Yellow warning is in effect until 8pm.
It applies to Connacht, Dublin, Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Wexford, Wicklow, Offaly, Westmeath, Clare, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford.
