A man is in a serious condition in hospital after he was stabbed in Swords, Co Dublin last night.

The stabbing happened outside the Wright Venue in Airside Business Park.

The man in his 20s was rushed to Beaumont Hospital with two stab wounds after the incident at around 4.15am today.

An area of the car park in front of the venue was sealed off by gardaí this morning and investigations are underway.
