The Round 2A football draw and Round 1 hurling draw have both been made this morning.

The Round 1 hurling draw involved five teams from Leinster – Laois, Dublin, Westmeath, Wexford and Offaly – and Clare, Cork and Limerick from Munster.

The most eye-catching of the four fixtures is the meeting of Cork and Dublin, with the Rebels having home advantage.

The 2A football draw involved the four winners from Round 1A (Leitrim, Laois, Derry, Carlow) against the defeated “A” side Provincial semi-finalists (Meath/Dublin, Cavan/Tyrone, Clare and Sligo).

First out of the pot were neighbours Sligo and Leitrim – setting up an all-Connacht meeting. Carlow and Derry have to wait for the outcomes of Cavan/Tyrone and Dublin/Meath respectively to find out who they face.
