Joe Biden touched down at Dublin Airport tonight and his first port of call was the Taoiseach’s office in Government Buildings.
“I’m delighted to be home”.
Here with his family, including grandchildren – the Taoiseach noted that his son Beau – who died last year – wasn’t here.
The Taoiseach then presented him with a hurley and sliotar.
Mr Biden’s on a six day visit here which will see him visit his ancestral homes in Mayo and Louth.
