Two men have been stabbed in Dublin.

Gardaí have said they were called to the scene at Montpelier Hill also known as the Hell Fire Club in South County Dublin at around a 3.45pm this afternoon.

The men are being treated at Tallaght Hospital this evening however it is unknown how seriously they have been hurt.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
