In the Airtricity League, Dundalk have gone six points clear at the top after hammering 10-man Derry City 5-0 at the Brandywell.
A hat-trick from David McMillan helped the defending champions to a convincing win after Derry’s Ryan McBride was red carded inside the opening half-hour.
Dane Massey and Daryl Horgan scored the other goals.
In tonight’s games in the First Division, Shelbourne and Drogheda United both enjoyed 2-0 wins over Cobh Ramblers and Waterford Untied respectively.
Meanwhile Cabinteely FC enjoyed a comfortable 5-1 win over Athlone Town, with Joe Doyle scoring four first-half goals.

Half time and it's 4-0 to Cabo after 4 goals by Joe Doyle. He might be a shoe in for man of the match. Cabo's best ever 45 minutes.
