The Round 2 All-Ireland hurling qualifier draw took place this morning and pitted Munster neighbours Limerick and Clare against each other.
The winners of the weekend’s Round 1 All-Ireland Hurling matches, Limerick, Cork, Clare and Wexford were in the pot to play against each other for a place in the All-Ireland quarter-finals.
Davy Fitzgerald’s Clare will have to overcome neighbours Limerick while Cork will next face Wexford.
The games will take place on the weekend of July 9/10.
The CCCC will provide confirmation of venues, times and dates for the fixtures later this afternoon.
