There has been a slight delay in proceedings at the High Court where the finances of suicide charity Console are under the spotlight again.
The charity’s founder Paul Kelly has not turned up for the hearing, but his wife Patricia is in court.
Paul Kelly, his wife, and sister Joan McKenna have all stepped down from their roles at the charity since allegations emerged of financial irregularities at the organisation.
Last week the High Court issued an order refusing Mr Kelly access to Console’s bank accounts and credit cards.
Yesterday the court gave interim CEO David Hall access to a lock-up where documentation believed to be belonging to Console was found.
