Given the number of European fixtures this week, there were just five games tonight in the Airtricity League.

Finn Harps have moved level on points with fifth-placed Galway United after a 1-0 win over the Tribesmen at Finn Park.

Sean Houston’s second-half goal gave Harps all three points in their Premier Division clash.

Meanwhile, it finished scoreless at Dalymount Park where Bohemians were playing host to Bray Wanderers.

Elsewhere, Limerick FC continue to dominate the First Division after a 5-1 win over their hosts Waterford United at the RSC.

UCD were 4-1 winners over Cabinteely in Belfield and Athlone Town beat Shelbourne 1-0.
