Gardaí in Galway are asking for help in finding a 19-year-old boy who has been missing since Sunday.

Finian Varden Kenny was last seen in Turloughmore, Athenry, Co Galway on July 10.

He is described as being five feet nine inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Gardaí have said that Finian wears a distinctive Alpine Lowe hat which is light blue on top and dark blue on the bottom.

He also wears a scarf and he is said to often wear ear defenders that can be mistaken for headphones.

He was wearing olive green khaki jacket, blue cord trousers and trek style shoes.
