A High Court judge said today that he wants to hear if the former CEO of Console has been co-operating with the provisional liquidator of the charity, before considering granting him living expenses.
An application was made this morning for expenses to be paid from the frozen accounts of Paul and Patricia Kelly.
However, Mr Justice Paul Gilligan said he wants to first hear from provisional liquidator Tom Murray to find out if the Kellys have been co-operating with him.
Representation for Console told the court they believe any money in the accounts of the Kellys belongs to the charity.
The matter has been put back to appear before the court at 2pm.
