Up to 100 tonnes of rubbish have been found at an illegal dump in Wicklow.
Tyres, window and doorframes are amongst the items dumped across the Charlesland area of Greystones.
Wicklow County Council officers are working their way through the items in the hopes of finding out who is responsible.
Local Councillor Nicola Lawless said that the scale is massive.

“As we walked the route, the further we walked, the more we found, and it was just everywhere,” she said.
“There was a number of skip bags there, and just rubbish literally all over the place.
“There was tyres as well, and that was a huge concern, there was two large piles of tyres and there had been previous piles of tyres there and rubbish which actually had been burned.”
