Centra have today launched their Hurling Tricks Challenge, with King Henry Shefflin himself giving a demonstration to promote the competition.

Centra is calling on the nation to showcase their best hurling trick. The prize is one hurlers will love – tickets to the All-Ireland SHC final in September.

To win, entrants must capture their best skills on video to prove they have what it takes to earn their seat in Croke Park. The video can be taken anywhere, whether it’s in your local club, back garden or even in your bedroom.

To enter, upload your tricks video on social media using #LiveWell by August 28.
