A workplace accident has claimed the life of one man and injured two others.
The incident occurred in a building site in Midleton, Co Cork at 12.30pm this afternoon.
It is not yet known if the two injured men suffer from serious injuries.

Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority are currently investigating the tragedy.
