Boxing, rowing, sailing and eventing – it’s a busy day for the Irish in Rio. Here are the times our team are in action.

Equestrian
From 2pm Clare Abbott, Jonty Evans, Mark Kyle and Padraig McCarthy are in action. After dressage at the weekend, today they compete in the the cross country event.

Rowing
Both men and women rowers are in action later today. First Sinead Lynch and Claire Lambe compete in the heats of the lightweight women’s double scull at 3.30pm and then brothers Paul and Gary O’Donovan compete in the men’s event 20 minutes later

Boxing

Sailing
First up on the water is Finn Lynch, who competes in the men’s laser at 5.05pm. Ten minutes later Annalise Murphy is out in the women’s laser radial.
