Boxing, rowing, swimming and sailing – there is plenty of Irish involvement in Rio today. Here are the times our team are in action.
Rowing
Update 12.15m: We won’t see the O’Donovan brothers or any other rowers today after rowing cancelled at Lagoa Stadium because of weather. New schedule to follow later.
Update 11.40am: Rowing has been postponed in Rio due to weather conditions. More to follow.
It’s a big day for Ireland’s rowers with two crews in semi finals.
Sinead Jennings and Dublin’s Claire Lambe perform in their Lightweight Double Sculls semi-final at around 1pm while after that Cork brothers Gary and Paul O’Donovan are back on the water.

Sanita Puspure will also be looking to bounce back in her C/D semi-final at 3.40pm.
Sailing
In Sailing, Annalise Murphy is in second place overall ahead of Races 5 and 6 in the Women’s Laser Radial, which will get underway at 5.15pm.
Carlow’s Finn Lynch is back in 24th place in the Men’s Laser class ahead of his two races this evening.

Swimming
this evening, Fiona Doyle goes in the heats of the Women’s 200m Breaststroke at around 5.50pm.
