It’s going to be a very busy day for the Irish in Rio.
All eyes will be on the rowing, where Ireland have pairs in both the men’s and women’s lightweight double sculls.
But there is also golf, sailing, badminton, hockey, dressage and the start of the athletics. Here’s when you need to be in front of your tv.
Golf
Round two of the men’s golf kicks off this morning.
Ireland’s Seamus Power will tee off just at 12.52pm with Padraig Harrington following at 1.36pm.

Rowing
The Lightweight Double Sculls pairings of Sinead Lynch and Claire Lambe as well as the O’Donovan brothers – Paul and Gary – have both qualified for their respective finals.
The Women’s lightweight double sculls is due to take place at 2.30 this afternoon with the men’s final getting underway at 2.45pm.

Sanita Puspure is in her C/D sculls semi-final at 5.10pm.
Badminton
In badminton, Scott Evans gets his Olympic Games underway at 3.20pm

Equestrian
Judy Reynolds will be in action just after 2pm in the Olympic Grand Prix Special of the individual dressage.
Reynolds scored a total of 74.700 points during her test yesterday, which secured her spot in the Grand Prix Special today.

Hockey
It’s all or nothing for the hockey men as they’ve got to win their final group game against Argentina tonight to make the quarter-finals. Opening faceoff is at 11.30pm.
The Irish hockey team had to sing the national anthem without music… and it was fine?
Sailing
Annalise Murphy will be looking to retain her top spot in the Women’s Laser Radial today.
She’s got races seven and eight coming up after five this evening with Finn Lynch following shortly after in the men’s laser.

Athletics
In athletics, Mark English will be in heat six of the men’s 800m today. That race is due to start at 2.50pm with English lining up in lane one.

And in the women’s 10,000m, Fionnuala McCormack will be running in the final at 3.10pm.
Later in the evening,Alex Wright will line up for the final of the men’s 20km walk which starts at 6.30pm.
