Padraig Harrington and Seamus Power are in action for Ireland in the men’s golf which starts at 11.30am this morning.
West Waterford’s Seamus Power is joint ninth overall on four-under, six shots behind the Australian leader Marcus Fraser, and tees off at 2.45pm this afternoon.
Padraig Harrington shot a level-par round of 71 to keep him one under for the tournament in 22nd position, and he starts his third round at 1.36pm

Cycling

Afrer comprehensively winning her placement semi-final in the single sculls yesterday, Sanita Puspure will be out on the water again at 2pm this afternoon.

Finn Lynch, 29th in the men’s Laser, starts five minutes after Annalise as do Matt McGovern and Ryan Seaton in the men’s 49er. They lie fifth after the opening day as are Andrea Brewster and Saskia Tidey in the women’s 49er FX who start at 5.20pm.

Scott Evans has his second group game in badminton close around 11.15pm.
Athletics
All eyes will be on the three Irish women – Michelle Finn, Sara Treacy and Kerry O’Flaherty – in the steeplechase heats at 2pm.
